RSVP
Visit the RSVP page and enter the invite code from your invitation. You will be able to respond for your entire party in one place.
Please respond by April 1, 2027. This helps us finalize seating, catering, and resort arrangements.
Yes. Return to your invite page using the same code and update your responses any time before the deadline.
Invitations & Guests
Your invite page will show everyone in your party by name. If a plus-one has been included, they will appear there.
We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand.
Your invite page will show only the events your party is invited to. Not every guest is invited to every event.
Attire
Friday's Welcome Bonfire is All White — everyone in white, any shade you like. Saturday's events are Beach Formal. We've put together a full Dress Code page with guidance for what to wear at each event, including footwear and color notes — please take a look so you can pack accordingly.
Friday is All White — everyone wears white together. Saturday, please skip white, ivory, champagne, and cream so the bride stands out — soft pastels, bold colors, and prints are all welcome.
The ceremony is on sand. We recommend going barefoot, wearing flat sandals, or bringing a pair to change into. Wedges or block heels work well for the terrace events. Heavy boots and stilettos are tough on the sand walk.
Travel & Lodging
We have a room block at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach for the wedding weekend. See the Travel page for rates and booking details. Booking deadline is April 1, 2027.
Yes. A valid passport is required to enter Mexico. Make sure yours is current well before the trip — passport renewals can take time, especially in spring.
The Flights & Transportation page has details on airport transfers, rideshare, and rental cars. The drive from Los Cabos International (SJD) to the resort is about 40 minutes. Coordinating a transfer with other guests on the same flight is the easiest and most economical option.
Yes — and we'd encourage it. The room block rate is available for guests who want to arrive earlier or stay later. Just mention the wedding code when you book.
All-inclusive is optional at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach — you can elect it at booking or stay on a room-only basis. If you choose it, the plan also extends to the sister properties (Pueblo Bonito Rosé and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco on Médano Beach). Our wedding events are hosted by us regardless, so the all-inclusive only affects your other meals and drinks during your stay.
If you elect the all-inclusive package, you'll have access — at Sunset Beach and at the sister properties Rosé and Blanco on Médano Beach — to: à la carte and buffet dining at most resort restaurants (LaFrida, Frida, Cilantro, La Nao, La Frida Cocina, Don Pablo Trattoria, Sea Side Grill, Siempre Pasta, the Sky Pool restaurant, and the casual food halls), unlimited domestic and international beverages at all bars and pools (cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee, and espresso), 24-hour room service, snacks and ice cream throughout the day, the resort fitness center, non-motorized pool toys, kids' programming at the Kids' Club, and live entertainment at the lobby bars. Premium spirits at the cigar bar, the Armonía Spa, Quivira Golf Club, motorized water sports, and select premium wines are extras outside the plan.
At the Resort
The resort is on the Pacific side, where the surf and currents are stronger and swimming is generally not recommended. The six pools (including the Sky Pool) are the best on-property swim. For ocean swimming, take the free Pueblo Bonito shuttle to the sister properties on Médano Beach, where the water is calmer.
Twelve restaurants, seven bars, six pools, the Armonía Spa, a fitness center, and shuttle access to sister resorts and the marina. The Things to Do page has a full breakdown.
Our wedding events are adults-only, but the resort itself is family-friendly with a Kids' Club if you're traveling with little ones outside of wedding hours.
Venue & Contact
Please be on the beach by 6:30 PM for the ceremony, timed to the sunset at 6:53 PM. Cocktails follow on the Sky Pool Lower Terrace from 7:00 PM, with dinner and dancing on the Upper Terrace from 8:00 PM.
